worst customer service.
Posted 24 Jul 2024 on Hotelswe could not get to the hotel because major global shutdown of flights and delta canceling our flight for 3 days. the hotel was informed prior to checkin and refused to refund or provide any credit or future credit. this is wrong! This is not how you conduct business. the property looks very nice but we will never be able to enjoy or will visit based on the policy

An amazing stay.
Posted 12 Jun 2024 on HotelsIt was amazing. My room was perfect with an extremely comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
I had a problem with a noisy group at dinner and the FB Mgr changed my table to the private kitchen table next to the chef. It was amazing. The good was extraordinary.
I will definitely return.
