I am very sorry that something went wrong with your stay. I am not sure what the problem was that you encountered as you did not leave a reason why you had been displeased, we take pride in our hotel. We all work very hard to please, from guest services, cleanliness to breakfast. We are here 24 hours a day to assist our guest, please and solve any problems before you leave our hotel. If you do not let us know that you run into an issue or for any reason you are not satisfied, we cannot help you. Our Options 1. to fix the issue. If you report a problem and we cannot fix it, we will give you the 2. option to look at other rooms to your liking, if you are not satisfied with the choices and you feel that this not satisfactory 3rd. we do the right thing we are able to check you out and refund your stay. If you do not report, then we cannot do anything for you, this makes a bad stay for you and an unfair score for us. We apologize for whatever happened during you stay and wish we had a chance to fix it.

This was a nice place to stop on a long drive. Not a spectacular area for shopping or restaurants (that we found) but a pleasant room with easy access to the freeway. Nice staff, comfortable room, and nice breakfast.

All together the stay at this hotel was bad experience, starting with crickets all over the bathroom and AC stopping to work at midnight. My son is disabled and the pool handicapped chair was not working and my son attempted to get out of pool and since he has a le amputation his only leg slipped on steps and went under water, my grandson was able to help him out. At the end of our stay they told us one of the room hadn’t been paid through expedía and she charged my card without authorization.

I would like to first say I am sorry you didnt enjoy you stay. If you have any problems you have to bring it to our attention.If you do not we can not help you and make your stay a good one. Chair lift works instructions on the chair to pick up battery and remote from front desk. it will not work without it. No one asked for it or told us about any problems that happened at the pool area. A/C problem never mentioned after a 2 night stay and its 100 plus degrees outside. I can tell you if you place it on auto it will turm off and on when it hits the temp desired. someone is at the hotel 24 hours to help anytime you need it. Cricket season yes ... we spray every morning to try to keep them away. We do not have big issue inside with them but they find a way in sometimes ..if you had some in your room we are sorry ..nothing was said...this could have been solved as well.. When you give a credit card for incidentals you authorize us to use it ...you gave it to us. That one decliened as well for items bought at the sundie shop. so we took those off your bill for you. I do appoligise and I wish you would have gave us a chance to make things right.
