They hotel had me stay in a room with black mold and when I brought it up to the staff they said they couldn’t do anything about my room! She said we are almost booked up so we can’t move you and you already used the room. Ya I used the bathroom and saw it was full of black mold! They said they couldn’t refund my money, lower the price or even move me to a sister hotel! Really was disgusting service. I almost cut my losses and found another hotel to sleep at because I am extremely sensitive to mold. Ya I literally only used the bathroom in my room and they couldn’t refund me? I am going to look into informing the city of flagstaff or health department and let them know this hotel has black mold and they are doing nothing about it. Not good for the people staying there. I have pictures to prove it if you don’t believe me.

Could not get in outside doors with key card even after getting two new cards. Inconvenient for older adults. Breakfast was very good.

Baymont … up on a hillside off the street, was little tricky to spot their entrance first time, even with Navigation. You need to look up… same entranceway as Hilton. Location was close to main route. Check-in was quick and easy. The room, while not big, was clean and served our needs. Bed was comfy for a good sleep. More than adequate breakfast. Good parking. For snowbirds this is a great place to stay. Good price point. We booked through Expedia. Would recommend and will stay again. Ps. And they even clean their windows. That’s a stickler with me and speaks volumes about how a place maintains their property!!

We had been there a few nights before and we were met by a cheery gentleman who was very friendly. A student from the local university!! He was great. Check in was very pleasant while he was still doing his job. We stayed there a couple of nights later and greeted with a lady that was not friendly and had a whole new set of rules for checking in. The elevator was broken and the room was very difficult to get to! Upstairs and an outside room. We are seniors in pretty good shape but it was still difficult.

On 3rd floor as you walk into hallway you smell mold inside the room the carpet in the room is wet not damp but soaking wet. Can tell there is some type of water damage as you see it on the walls.
