The concierge helped us get round trip tix on the daily Hurtigruten/Havila fjord cruise (part of their Norwegian coastal journey has them come into Alesund in the AM and then go down the fjord and back to Alesund that evening). "Property, staff and comnplimentary breakfast served every morning was excellent! Right next to the rink but the walk way between the two buildings was closed making it necessary to walk in the rain to get to the arena doors. Also, there is no complementary customer parking. You must pay to park in a City run underground parkade also a block away."

"We absolutely loved the food at Hotel Havnekontoret. Every day we had amazing breakfast and coffee options, and a lovely well-prepared dinner by the wonderful chefs. Our room was lovely, good temperature control (window that can open if you get too hot), and the amenities were great. Everything is within an easy walk from the hotel- we spent 5 days walking as much of Bergen as possible. This is a prime location! Thanks for making our honeymoon special! "
