Hotel clean and tidy altho a little dated in bedroom. Fiuggi is a lovely place to visit and hotel served purpose.

Awesome staff, extremely friendly and very capable

Pros: The staff was superb, the food was good and plenty, the other guests were very kind.
Cons: Probably the internet connectivity, but that seemed to be a problem over all in the town.
Location: Town plaza nearby, lots of "Gelato", ice cream, but overall very quiet and relaxing.
The staff helped me so much with all my questions, requests, they even helped me call in the airport about my lost suitcase, and they were always genuinely nice, and polite. They enjoyed making my stay a pleasant one. Would definitely stay again.

Gentili e simpatici il personale di sala e reception. La camera era un pó troppo piccola per due persone. Comunque tutto perfetto.
