We stayed two nights, had two rooms and neither was cleaned or updated between our stay. No new towels, no replacement coffee or cups, no one entered either room after we left for the day

The hotel itself is very clean. The decor is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are some of the better ones in this class of hotels. There is something for everyone. Having a waffle maker with 2 batter options was a bonus. There are a few downsides to the location of the hotel. One is temporary: There's another hotel undergoing a remodel that you have to drive past to get to this hotel. They share a common entryway off the road. The second issue is that it's tucked in back of this hotel and was hard to find at first. And parking can be tight. Lastly, there are no outdoor grounds to enjoy. An upside to the location is there are restaurants just down the road. Some are within walking distance.

Hotel was very clean - including the indoor pool. Complimentary breakfast every morning was delicious. Hotel was quiet. Numerous shops and dining nearby (check out Antonella’s restaurant/pizza!). If ever in the area again, this is our first choice of hotels for sure.

My reservation was for a king bed and she told me that she had only one room left which was a queen accessible! I pressed her on it and lo and behold she found a room. Btw she blamed Expedia for the confusion'. I had it in writing for you as to what my reservation was. We paid a lot of money for room that was noisy in a bad part of the property and just over all
Too much $$$. We will not be back and lastly the entryway smelled like cleaner. It was not very welcoming

The floor in the room had crumbs I could feel with my feet, and visible hair/dust on several services.
