You have to take your trash out yourself. You have to take the towels and washcloths to the office to get fresh ones, but nobody is ever in the office. You can call a number and they will come to the office, but they are never there. The staff is friendly, and the place is very clean, but I consider trash and towels to be part of the hotel service.

Excellent communication
Posted 19 May 2024 on HotelsExcellent contact from the team there. They were proactive in calling about my late arrival to make it a smooth process. I left an item at the room on accident and they called and offered to ship it back. No need as it wasn’t high value, but I appreciated the offer.
Room was also clean, fairly up to date, and a decent rate. I’ll definitely come back here next time I’m in the area

Facility was nice but the noise from upstairs renters was all night long and then construction started on another phase at 7:30. Just not restful. Staff was great though
