I want to like to rate this property better, it is a nice hotel. The hot breakfast is wonderful! The convent snack store by the front desk is very convenient! The room was very nice. However it took 40 minutes for check in due to their computer not recognizing the expedia reservation. The maid service walked in on my 16 yr old daughter which freaked her out. The front desk called because they didn’t know when I was checking out. I was trying to do some work on my laptop at the desk, the lights kept flickering. The WiFi was not very good. The tv had a short in it. Nice hotel just some aggravating amenities.

Donna I am truly sorry that you had such a difficult time with your check in, I know there was a glitch between Expedia and our system that night but 40 minutes is a very long time. Problems with Wi-Fi and lighting in the room can also be very frustrating, I do hope you will give us another chance.

Nice hotel! Always enjoy the room layout, comfortable beds and desk area to work at. The rooms are spacious, the hotel is in a quiet area.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and the drive to down town Indianapolis was convenient.
