The front desk and kitchen staff were terrible from beginning to end. I stayed at this hotel for two nights. They initially gave me a room with broken furniture, so I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The next day was Presidents’ Day, and breakfast was supposed to be available until 10 AM, but the cook decided to shut it down at 9:00 AM, leaving several guests without breakfast. The room was poorly insulated, allowing cold air to enter through a crack in the AC unit. Lastly, we checked out 20 minutes after the official time, and they charged us for an extra night without informing us. The staff is not only rude and incompetent but also dishonest. I would never stay at this hotel branch again.

The staff is compromised of 1 woman. Who asked me what floor and room I wanted The thermostat in the room is set to 65° and you can't adjust Paranormal activity is also very present I booked another hotel with courtyard Marriott and immediately returned to the front desk where I returned the room key Explain the issues as described here and left Following day I received a text stating I spent the entire night there and am wrongfully charged

It was easy to get to off the highway, which was a plus. Check-in was smooth and the desk staff very kind and courteous. Im not sure why, but we were given a handicap accessible room. It was extremely large, clean and the furnishings up to date. From there, it was all downhill. The first negative was the beds. They were abnormally low to the ground and extremely soft. Like, wake up all through the night because our backs hurt. The beds in that room were uncomfortable! The next negative was the lack of plugs in the room. There were no plugs one side of the bed, and we both have medical devices that require power. That was frustrating. The last thing that was inconvenient was the lack of trash bins. For a Springhill Suites, this was a very disappointing stay. So much so that we would not stay here again.

Traveled for a graduation and the building was conveniently 5mins away (walking distance). Staff was polite and helpful. We didnt try the breakfast but it was available downstairs. I would stay there again.
