Location is fine, close to Wharf and within walking distance. Service to check in was great. Room was extremely small, carpet dirty, restroom was extremely small. Very noisy all night- from traffic, walking from upstairs and staff doing room service on the ground floor level in the morning. Tv service was very nice. But for the money not worth it. Would of paid more for better had we known. But location was fine. And we parked about 15 feet from our room.

Great service. Had a delayed flight and didn’t arrive until 1:30am, called ahead of time to let the worker know. Had no issues getting checked in. Room was clean, had a smell but didn’t notice after being in the room for awhile. Coffee in the main lobby. Parking was limited but wasn’t busy so we had no issues. Was $25 plus tax each night for parking. We had an early excursion day of checkout and was able to pick up our car at 1pm.

One of the most convenient places I’ve stayed at in San Francisco! Great price, easy on-site parking, and a hassle-free check-in/out process. The rooms are reasonable, and the piers are just a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Property and room were clean, the staff was so nice and extremely helpful, and it was overall a great stay.

Was very clean the staff excellent but not a continental breakfast it all the little coffee maker work but not sugar in the room a little disappointed on that but I feel safe and very walkable I love it
