No water in the room, only one set of towels despite booked 2ppl, battery of remote control broken, no soap in the shower, door to staircase broken, elevator not stopping in the ground floor,... All these small things sum up to having made it quite unpleasant for the amount of money paid

Hallo Michael,danke für dein Feedback zum Aufenthalt.Es tut mir sehr leid, dass es einige Dinge gab, die nicht in Ordnung waren! Das ist nicht unser Standard.Selbstverständlich müssen bei einer Buchung mit 2 Personen auch die entsprechende Anzahl an Hand-und Badetüchern im Zimmer sein.Ein Wasser im Zimmer gibt es tatsächlich nicht, gerne aber an der Bar. Die Seife am Waschbecken ist ein all-in-one-Produkt, welches auch zum Duschen und Haare waschen geeignet ist. Die Reparaturen an der Eingangstüre zum Obergeschoss wurden bereits behoben. Der Aufzug funktioniert einwandfrei, da gab es keinerlei Probleme.Alles Gute.

Comfortable overnight stop

We stayed here on a driving trip around Europe--easy to get to, enough space, clean, good breakfast, very friendly staff.
