Great staff and loft was perfect for our family of 3. coffee machine & tea available 24 hours. Breakfast area small but we found a spot every morning. Cleaning staff did a very good job. All front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. We recommend the Loft for additional space and natural light.

Not as advertised on webpage. Property is old and dirty. Mildew on bath tile grout says it all. Wall paper pealing away. Weird smells. Breakfast is bad. Do not recommend this place at all.

A perfectly adequate hotel. Situation is great. However, it is getting a little tired. New towels would be nice, not thin, old frayed ones. And breakfast wasn't that great, tea/coffee and toast was ok.

Beware - this hotel is a scam! We booked a room in this hotel (room (3)204 in the "new" wing of the hotel, which is not where the main reception is, but two doors away on the street from the main hotel) to find out upon arrival that the room had no window with natural light. The window was facing a wall in the pitch black corridor with zero natural light. I am not sure how it's even allowed to rent this cupboard and call it a hotel room. At night there was a loud humming electrical noise as well, so it was hard to sleep. Also, it cost us 600 dollars for 2 nights! It really spoiled our vacation. The hotel did not want to move us to another room when we complained nor to refund us so that we can find a normal hotel instead. There was no information about this when we were booking this hotel as we would NEVER have booked this room. At the reception they told us that other guests also complained in the past about this, so they are very aware of the issue but they chose to hide it so they can scam guests. They also ask for upfront payment at the reception upon check-in, to ensure they have your money so you cannot leave after you discover the scam. Terrible experience!! Stay away!
