Nobody at property on arrival, place locked up in darkness and nobody answering the phone. left several voicemails but to date (5 days later) still no response.
Worst holiday experience we have ever had; long distance travelled to find no accommodation.
Not what you need after a long day and the stress of having to find an alternative place to stay in the middle of half term week and everywhere else is fully booked.

Present for mothers 80th birthday. Parents say they had a lovely stay and staff and facilities were great.

Posted 22 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is right in the centre of Filey and could not be better located. We were able to park on the street for free. We had a warm welcome from the owner. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great and was cooked and served by a friendly lady in a relaxing dining area. Highly recommended.

It offered great facilities and the attention to detail made it a real home from home with a touch of luxury. The staff were friendly and professional and provided excellent service. Breakfast was gorgeous. It is located in a central location with access to all the local amenities.

Posted 5 Apr 2024 on HotelsThe host was friendly and had useful local knowledge , the property was close to the sea front , the breakfast was included and delicious. There is no parking at the property , Its an excellent B&b however I thought I had booked a boutique hotel.
