Checked in and was given someone else’s keys. Opened the door and all their bags and belongings were in the room!
Changed rooms.
Came home that evening to find they had again given other people our keys and people had done the same thing and been in our room but taken some of our belongings.
When we asked for the cctv footage so we could see who was in our room they said they couldn't help and that we should have put ALL valuable stuff in our safe!
They said we needed to go to the police station to file a complaint.

Really welcoming people at reception! Amazing pool views. Taxi always at the door.

Good Vibes
Posted 9 Aug 2024 on HotelsA lovely few days spent by the pool with good music and not too boisterous. There were plenty of sunbeds by one of the pools and the breakfast set us up for the day.

Ibiza Top Hotel
Posted 18 Jul 2024 on HotelsGreat location. Modern and renovated rooms. The morning buffet for 10 euros is a great offer. Beach is about 5 min walk. 2 pools to enjoy. Great anf friendly staff
