I loved the property. It was excellent and the staff very accommodating and very welcoming Thank you Only one small clinch. Was I arrived at 2:00 pm and check in was 3:00 pm. I don’t know if there was a possibility for us to ba able to check in earlier .. it would have been even more accommodating If not mistaken, they mention the room was not clean yet ..

Wonderful place to stay
This is a wonderful place to stay, rooms are clean and spacious, with modern decor. The balconies all have great city/ocean views. The elevators are a bit slow, but worth the wait. The location is terrific too.

The hotel room was dated. Floors need to be refurbished. The bed was not very comfortable. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in the room. I liked the size of the balcony, however the balcony glass was not clear not sure if was becuz of ocean mist or just needed to be cleaned. There was a good ocean view. The shower in the bedroom wet the floor every time you showered. I was not impressed and actually disappointed for a four star hotel.
