The front desk staff were wonderful. Our room was very spacious. I would suggest adding a full length mirror or at least a non-antique mirror outside of the bathroom. The morning breakfast was really well prepared and staff was always very friendly. The evening dinner at the property’s restaurant was where we had the problem. We were the second guests to arrive and were the last of the evening to be served. Items we ordered never arrived but we were charged for. It was a terrible experience. The front desk was very gracious with apologies and offered a free bottle of wine, which was very nice. Lastly, the address leads to the back side of the property on maps which made it a bit confusing when walking in the rain from the train station.

The property is old and tired. Needs a refresh. One waiter was grumpy, young female was lovely. Town is rundown and limited options Pool is across the road and they upsell for everything $7 for towels, $5 if you use the indoor pool as you must wear a bathing cap

The hotel was a welcoming, great place, clean, excellent service, friendly staff. Very well recommended. by the way breakfast was like i never had in my life,........ tasty ,with alot of options. thank you very much, God bless you and your business.
