Amazing staff and service. Stayed in room 15, Absolutely beautiful, spacious and clean. Fresh baked treats in the morning were outstanding. A bit noisy after hours on Friday only but was to be expect for a festival weekend. Would Definitely stay there again.

We loved every bit of our stay at this lovely in. Right in the heart of Newport. The daily breakfast served to our room was perfect for us. Fruit and yogurt parfaits and WARM fresh baked pastries! We loved it. Our bed was amazingly comfortable. We could even see the harbor from our room and toss wasn’t even mentioned in the room description. We would recommend this place and will definitely go back again!

The inn is lovely and the location convenient. The rooms are very clean. The parking lot is a little tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Fortunately we do not. If you want to be in the heart of shopping and dining in Newport, stay here.

We stayed in the Eve Suite which had a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. It was perfect. Free parking is behind the bldg and reserved for Inn guests only. A delicious breakfast of warm, fresh pastry and yogurt parfait was delivered to our room each morning. The location is central to everything, very walkable. We walked to most all the activities that we had scheduled. I would absolutely return on another visit.
