Check-in/check-out was quick and easy. The location is scenic. My only complaint is that the wifi in our room didn’t work. There were at least 4 connections available in our room but not a single one would provide internet access. However, the wifi in the lobby and restaurant was very fast.

The view from the balcony was nice though.

Small Hotel with Great Comfort
Posted 8 Nov 2018 on HotelsThe main reason that we selected this hotel was the close proximity to the Aletsch Glacier. It took us only 5 minutes to walk to the cable car station, so we did not need to drive from the hotel although there were plenty of parking spaces at the station. The hotel also provided free parking just in front of the main entrance, this enabled us for easy and fast check in without pulling our bags from far away. As it was a small hotel, not many staff were at the reception and restaurant. However, all of them were polite and friendly in helping us to locate the whereabouts inside the hotel. We stayed at the third floor with a balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the quiet town. There were also restaurants nearby, so we had our dinner at the Park Hotel just minutes away by walking. Our reservation also included a buffet breakfast which was nice and enjoyable in a rather spacious restaurant.
