The principal problem with this hotel is finding it! There are a great many "round-abouts" on the roads leading here. Several times we took the wrong round-about and ended up going in the opposite direction from the hotel.

A closed hotel
Posted 6 Oct 2021 on HotelsThere no Relax Inn at this time. Tgey send you thier other property which is at least 20 years older and a dump. It is dirty and service is a 4 out of 10. Euro Hotel is where you end up.

Dear Guest,
having two 4-star hotels in Fiano Romano, one 300 meters from the other, we proposed moving to our Eurohotel in a beautiful recently renovated Deluxe room with brand new bathrooms. We are sorry you did not appreciate the move, certainly it is difficult to meet the tastes of all guests, but we cannot accept it being said that our hotel is dirty or not comfortable.
We scrupulously care about the cleanliness and comfort of our guests who will find the same cleaning standards.
As it was a prepaid booking on Expedia, we could not give it a token discount, which we certainly would have gladly done.
We believe that his experience may not have been perfect but the "bad" 2 rating is really excessive and not in line with the many positive feedback we have online.

Pretty Good Hotel
Posted 18 Aug 2019 on HotelsGreat hotel if you’re staying for 1 or 2 nights. Shower is good but water pressure could be better. If you come late at night they make you call a number to open up the door which took some time which I didn’t like. Overall it was a good experience.

This hotel was chosen as it is just off the autostrada about an hour's drive from Rome Fiumicino airport (about as far as we wanted to travel).
The rooms we had were quite small and on the dark side: smallish windows (presumably to keep the sun out) and dim lighting. Bathrooms are small too, the shower having a curve rather then 2 straight sides.
There is a breakfast room, which offered an ample 'continental' type breakfast, but no restaurant. The hotel has a collaborative agreement with 3 local restaurants (one only some 50m away) to offer meals at a slight discount: vouchers are available at reception.
This hotel is rated as 4 star and I have marked it on that basis. In my opinion 3 star would be a more accurate assessment. That said, it provided us with what we were seeking: a convenient overnight stop at the roadside.

Amazing hotel clean and modern!
Posted 12 Oct 2016 on HotelsMy family and I stay at the Hotel Relax during our visit to Rome and our stay at this hotel was fantastic!!! The room was super clean, modern, and spacious. It offers free wifi and parking. The breakfast was great!!!! Eggs, toast, fruits, and much more!!! I will come back to this hotel!!! Oh the staff were really professional and helpful. The gym is small but we like it!

Pros: close to the autostrada
Cons: no restaurants on site
Location: nothing to do just a place you crash when you are travelling
in the middle of nowhere, nothing around. No ice available or any kind of smke shop so you couldn't ven buy a bag of potato chips

Freindly, business hotel, great food, needs refurb
Posted 22 Feb 2016 on HotelsThis was my first visit to this hotel; I stayed for a week. The receptions was excellent; very quick friendly and efficient. Hotel seemed to offer everything normally expected, including gym and evening food/bar. Breakfast was excellent with a friendly service and good quality food. Rooms were clean but are in need of a refurb; they are simply a bit old. No English TV but that seems to be normal in Italy. The neighbourhood is industrial and not pretty! There is a shopping mall/cinema 5 min walk away (small) and some small pizza shops close by but a 5-10 min drive and you have access to many excellent restaurants. Overall great business hotel. I'll be back
