Stayed here a few times now location is perfect the staff go above and beyond. Swim up rooms are lovely, we have stayed in a few rooms and they are all to high standards. Look forward to next year's stay.

The hotel is nice in general, but the hotel Suffering from lack of management. We had to wait until 3pm to check in because the room was not ready. The hotel house keeping also was bad.

We arrived earlier than when check in was available. However this wasn’t a problem we were able to use the pool and beds. When our room was ready we were taken round and to our surprise we were put in block C duplex suite (I booked a double room). The room was upstairs downstairs, with an under counter fridge. Plenty cupboards upstairs and 2 balcony’s. There isn’t a lot of sun beds however never an issue getting one as a lot of guests go out or to the beach. They provide a free shuttle bus at 10am down to beach 222 which is free entry and use of beds and umbrella as a guest of resident 222, shuttle picks you back up at 4. The grounds are stunning and very clean. Location is right at the bottom of the strip which is perfect. This hotel is primarily Turkish guests but there were a few English. Breakfast is ok and can get omelettes, fruit, toast, coffee, juice and water which was perfect for us. The only issue was they didn’t have an alcohol license which we weren’t aware of before we came. So we couldn’t get cocktails or a beer at the bar which was a shame. We just bought stuff at the shop and went up to our room for a break from the sun in the afternoon and had a drink on the balcony so not a huge issue just disappointing. However overall we enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return in the future. Highly recommend a duplex suite or a swim up duplex.

Otel temiz ve odalar yeni. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Ölüdeniz plajına arabayla 8 dk. Biz oteli çok beğendik. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Öncelikle bu 5 günlük tatilimizi çok uzun süredir bekledik ve nihayet geldik. Şimdi gidiyoruz, otel yeni evet ama maalesef eksikler çok. Arada bir gelen alarm sesi dışarıdan, dış kapının arasında boşluktan gelen korna sesleri geceleri. Tavandan gelen alçı parçaları, temizlik yapamayan temizlikçiler. İyi olurmu evet olunur ama iyi bir disiplin ile, örneğin barda çalışan Nurullah bey süper servis yapıyor gerçekten diğerlerinin bunu öğrenmesi lazım. Havuzuda iyi

Otel yeni yapıldığı için her şey çok temiz ve güzeldi. Diğer otellerdeki gibi rutubet vb. olumsuz şeyler yok her şeyi ilk siz kullanıyormuş gibi hissediyorsunuz. Otel çalışanları da oldukça ilgili. Odamızda küçük bir sorun yaşadık ve hızlıca ilgilendiler dubleks odayla değişim yaptılar. Fiyat farkı vb. istemeden üstelik. Kahvaltısı da yeterliydi. Genel anlamda çok memnun ayrıldık. Seneye yeniden görüşmek üzere Residance 222 :)

Kesinlikle mükemmel, tavsiye ediyorumm. Otel çalışanlarının nezaketi, güler yüzü ve destekleri harikaydı. Tekrar yolumuz Fethiye'ye düşerse mutlaka lokasyonumuz belli. Odalar temiz, kahvaltı çeşitleri fazla ve doyurucu. Otelin kendi plaj alanının olması müthiş... akşam plaj yorgunluğundan sonra havuzun o tatlı sesiyle yapılan dinlendirici sohbetler özleyeceğiz...
