Food was delicious. Restaurant layout was nice. Plenty of friendly staff.
Negatives: called for maintenance to check on water temperature and he wasn't the friendliest worker. Felt like he didn’t want to be there at all.
Also couldn’t get wifi in our room.

Family rooms are painfully noisy. They are below the restaurant which is open 8am until 9pm (the constant scraping chair noise from above excruciating), and next to the bar, which is open 9pm until 11pm. Avoid if you want rest and relaxation.

Average but nothing great.
Posted 31 Oct 2023 on HotelsStaff friendly on contact but overall young and inexperienced. Found food to be very disappointing, often tasting stale or of no flavour. Rooms do need refreshing as of other reviews but were adequate. Maid left door open each day after cleaning and safe never worked after reporting 2 times. Didn’t find the stay matched the many high positive reviews.
