Horrible stay

I dont advise this hotel to anyone, it was a terrible experience.. Bathrooms didnt have ventilation, staff was rude and zero costumer experience , I will never come to this hotel it left a very bad image of Beautiful city of Fethiye..they advertising 500tl stay and breakfast , but us we got charged double throughout the hotels.com app it is completely missadvertised..lots bugs and mosquitoes in the rooms , no room service.

yes, your family had to pay the wages. They did all the messes in the 1st pictures themselves, 2. they smashed the wardrobes themselves 3. His children pooped in the pool, he wanted, he vomited, we cleaned it 4. This family is nothing but scumbag. This man peed in the breakfast room. we cleaned At breakfast, 4 people wasted 12 liters of re-milk, and their children poured all of the milk into the pool. 5. We expelled them from the Hotel by Police Force. 6. We Will Invoke Our Legal Rights If Hotels.com publishes a review of these scumbags 7. WE NEVER AND NEVER ACCEPT THIS COMMENT. 8. IT SHOULD BE WAIT FOR THIS DIRTY FAMILY TO ENTER THE COUNTRY

I booked 5 nights at the hotel , when we arrived to check in I was told that my booking was for one person, I told them that my booking was for me and my wife , he refused and asked me to pay 300 lira extra each night , I told him that if he cancel my booking and I can book on line , he told me that I need to contact the agency , I did sent 3 emails but no respond , my booking stated that hotels are the authority who can make changes, the officer neglected me for more than 3 hours waiting for respond from the agency, at the end of the day I had no option than to pay him extra money in order to get in, we stayed 5 days I had the worst place I don’t recommend this hotel

You still continue to cause problems, we lost time with you for 6 HOURS the day you passed, You insisted for 6 hours to stay for 2 people for a single fee, we said call EXPEDIA, we couldn't convince you, we said cancel your reservation, don't stay here, you didn't do that either. . So you weren't satisfied, why did you stay at our hotel? You spent days trying to get our money, it's a shame for the time we wasted on you. There Is No Customer Like You.

There wasnt anything to like.dirt dirt.selotaped apliances. .health and safery zero!!!!.i dont know how you can front such "hotel" its a danger to health

I found this hotel through Expedia as I was looking for something low budget as we were travelling in a group. We found the experience surprisingly great for several reasons. The restaurant was amazing, we would all highly recommend anyone to try their Turkish pizzas as they were some of the best we’ve had! The rooms were very roomy, clean and comfortable. Aircoditioned and very breezy rooms. Most of all, we loved the hospitality of the staff! We were extremely well looked after, where nothing was too much trouble and we made fabulous friends wirh the staff! We love you Harun! Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be back if we visit Fethiye again!
