Booking was not reliable
Posted 19 Aug 2021 on HotelsI booked online frm Canada for a one night stay at this destination the 9th of August. i had my husband and daughter with me. We travelled from Rabat to Fes for 2hours and 40mins. we had difficulty finding the place through google map. we had to ask the locals on its whereabout. when we got to the resort we were told they have no record of our booking and did not receive any money and have no ties with hotels.com. we are disapointed, confused, and upset and did not know where to go and who to contact to find out what is going on.the time was close to 9 pm, which was the curfew time in morocco due to the COVID pandemic. the owner felt sorry about us and let us stay free for the night.the stay was comfortable. i recommed that people do not book online for this destination. we went through hard time and do not others to go through our bad experience woth this resort.

Wow, this is a truly amazing property! The views are stunning, the rooms and interiors are lovely and authentic - filled with treasures and curiosities. The staff are warm and generous. The food is delicious but the servings are a tad overwhelming. Overall, we had a memorable time and were sad to leave!

Posted 29 Apr 2019 on Hotelsnous avions réservés une chambre dans l’hôtel .à notre arrivé il n'avait pas notre réservation expliquant qu'il y avait un soucis avec hotel.com.après toute la route que nous avions fait il nous à logé dans une espèce de chanbre bien à l'écart de l'hotel.cette nuit aurait du être un plaisir elle s'est transformé en caquchemart.
