A very beautiful Riad with historical architecture. Staff and service were excellent. I highly recommend this property and will definitely come back in future

I stayed for two minutes and left immediately
Pictures in trip advisor and rating and comments are all fake and paid for
There is no relation between the pic and reality

Service and staff were excellent. I requests for a guide instead got a driver that was arranged through the hotel. He demanded for money then what I negotiated with the hotel. I found that was a complete waste of money.

This is undoubtedly a gorgeous property. The attention to detail of the facility was superb. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. We stayed in the Royal suite which was spacious however amenities such as comfortable beds/pillows and bathroom touches were not so great. The mattress was board hard and pillows hard and lumpy. The bath/shower was not conducive to showering so the entire bathroom invariable got soaked when used. Towels were crunchy - they probably air dried them which environmentally we approve of but makes for uncomfortable toweling. All in all we do recommend this property but maybe only for a night or two. We did not make us of the spa treatments.
