This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Stay away!

We regret to learn that your recent visit did not meet your expectations.We apologize for any inconvenience or frustration you may have experienced.We are aware that you experienced a delay in being picked up when you arrived at the airport. We have presented our excuses to you and we have provided an upgrade to a junior suite on complementary as a goodwill gesture. You indicated that it was not a significant issue and that such occurrences are not uncommon. The receptionist informed us that you had an incident outside the hotel and that he suggested sending someone with you to escort you to the restaurant but you preffered to go alone. We were really surprised to receive such a review. Could there possibly be anything else that we're not aware of? Could you please provide more detailed information to help us identify the issue. Large comfortable room with excellent service
Posted 16 Oct 2021 on HotelsThe front desk was over the top helpful with all of our needs -bus tickets, translations, questions, PCR test. The Riad is close to the parking area so it’s easy to get your bags to the room.

Great hotel…10/10

This is not my first time to stay in this lovely boutique hotel. I enjoy my time just chilling in the lovely garden in the hotel drinking Moroccan tea (attay). The rooms are clean and the food is fresh. the staff are happy to serve you at any time. I would highly recommend and sure will visit again. Thanks to all the staff was in the Palais they are great.
