Very helpful and friendly staff, clean, quiet and easy to navigate the medina from this location. Rooftop terrace is really nice.

Wonderful and unforgettable stay
Posted 30 May 2019 on HotelsWhat a wonderful stay! The riad itself is amazing and the staff is nice and willing to help. I ad my birthday there and once the owner knew it, she called the staff to come sing Happy Birthday song! Thanks them for being so kind :)

A very beautiful property and extremely good value. The only thing lacking for me was a pool because it was very hot when I went.

Very easy to find in the medina. GORGEOUS property with great staff. The terrace alone is worth it. We stayed in a very clean triple room and couldn't have been happier. We took them up one of their day tours and had a great time. Highly recommend.

L’endroit est magnifique, idéalement situé dans la médina et le personnel est très accueillant. Par contre, nous avions des punaises de lit dans notre chambre. Nous avons vu des punaises dans 3 des 4 lits de notre chambre. Il va de soi que nous n’avons pas passé une nuit particulièrement agréable en plus d’avoir peut-être rapporté des insectes avec nous dans nos valises. Lorsque nous avons adressé la situation avec le personnel, on nous a simplement répondu que la situation des punaises de lit était hors de leur contrôle. C’est pour cette raison seulement que je ne recommanderait pas cet établissement. Tout le reste était parfait.

nous nous excusons pour ce qui est arrivé, mais maintenant tout est sous contrôle. nous avons bien nettoyé la pièce et c’est maintenant totalement prête.
