The service was great,the front desk lady help us with our tour to fes medina and also the blue city chefchaoun amd also woth casablanca tour.great knowledge, love this place

Very poor quality for 4stars hotel i was very disappointed, first day i was under my shower with my body wash on when the water stopped completely, i had to dry my self while my daughter is calling the receptionist to let them know they said the technician was on his way waited 25 min nothing then we called again and i asked for a different room, both rooms are not clean just surface cleaning on the floor and beds are done but if you look at the faucet you will see that is dirty or the toilet inside. My advice is to never take the half board option, that was the cherry on the cake when i looked at the buffet at night i was shocked with the quality of food that they had no choices of the salads one salad had onions and tomatoes that’s it, then the main dishes poorly cooked, a quality of snacks not even a restaurant to say even that it’s a 4 stars hotel, conveniently the manager was generous enough to offer me something from the menu to make it up for dinner cause i couldn’t eat anything, not even my kid. And offered that as a compensation. I will never return there ever

Stayed two nights, it was okay clean and location was great. I gave it average because the air conditioning system is not good at all, it needs to be checked. I think they have fan on not an AC. The breakfast buffet was awesome with varieties. I would recommend and stay again for overnight travel.
