Posted 25 Nov 2015The rooms smelled bad, and the hotel was in decrepit shape. Nothing worked, and they did not take credit cards.

Pros: Ambience, cleanliness and comfort.
Location: Located within walking distance of the market.
The hotel has a beautiful Moroccan ambience. The staff are friendly and honest. Hotel is very close to the market.

Location: loud
Unless you are a man I would not stay at this hotel. The staff at this hotel treated us like second class citizens. They never answered any of our questions, brushed us off and were totally rude. They could barely utter good morning! DO NOT STAY here, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Adjacent to entrance to the medina
Posted 18 Oct 2012 on HotelsThe location was great for walking to the medina more than one time. It was also close to a variety of restaurants. The breakfast service did not begin until 8 A.M. and was slow. The room was dark and needed more light. The bathroom floor got wet because of the shower arrangement.

Convenient Location
Posted 23 Mar 2012 on Hotels3 minutes walk to the medina, good location. With free Wifi at public area. Reasonable price. The only problem is I stay there for 3 nights, there was hot water problem in my room for two nights....I need to ask them to fix.....

Posted 20 Mar 2012 on Hotelsalthough i had to return to fez from Marrakesh as when i handed my passport in at reception when i first arrived and didn't want to go out with it for supper, the receptionist didn't remember to hand it back to me an i forgot so i wasted money an time on the return trip!!
I also wasn't told that what i thought was complementary Biscuits and cold drinks in the room fridge was in fact payable !! there were no notices as to customers being charged for the items. they need to make sure this is clear
