"I could not sleep here because the apartment is located on a very busy road with poorly insulated windows. I booked another hotel instead but of course was not refunded. There is no AC in the living area so it gets very hot in there for most of the year."

We had small issue not able to wash our clothes, but staff took us to a local laundry mart 2 mins away from riad and we got our clothes washed and dried in less than two hours.
