Property is quite nice and service is great. While there are some issues during the stay but the staff did handled the situation well and recovery made was top notch. Special mention to Frank Lung who assisted us from the day we arrive and the agent & team who is working on the midnight shift on 18 Oct to 19 Oct morning for assisting us on the issue of our door lock. Room is clean and maintained. Location is quite safe and near to transportation with various food options located nearby. Definitely will stay again in the future when visiting HK.

It’s a up scale hotel. Very high class and taste. Quiet and clean. But the bathroom is kind of small . They have a best location. Will come back when I come back to Hong Kong.

Room size is good, good view of some parts of the harbour, clean n modern design. Everything is good except the hotel entrance which is kind of hidden in a lane n not accessible by taxi. I have to get off taxi n drag the luggages to the entrance. Staff is friendly n courteous.

"Excellent hotel for a HK stay. Nice, clean, safe neighbourhood. Several cafés, restaurants & shops locally, MTR station a few minutes' walk away. About 45 minutes' walk to Tsim Sha Tsui. The Bayside Cafe next door is a superb spot for outdoor dining, with a great view over the harbour."
