"We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. "It is a good place to stay if you are in for a few weeks. The kitchen is good if you are doing simple cooking. On the other hand cooking involving boiling frying causes water to condensate as the air is humid as well. It is close enough to amenities. You need to be able to walk reasonably well. "

"Great location close to everything. I only stayed one night but enjoyed the stay. The apartment was quiet, spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was a bit basic with no other amenities than a kettle and some cups. The restaurant was great with lovely food and very nice staff. "Epic Sana is a stunning hotel. Starting from the lobby right through to hotels grounds was all beautiful. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room faced the ocean view and was set up beautifully. They made it extra special as it was our wedding anniversary. The breakfast was incredibly good and lots of food. This hotel is worth every penny spent. I can’t wait to return! "
