Expedia totally messed up my reservation. Upon attempting to check in Expedia had me booked for 12/22/24 (the next day) vs 12/21/24 the date I arrived at the hotel. After spending over an hour on the phone with Expedia I canceled my reservation through Expedia and booked on site with the hotel clerk. I will never use Expedia for any further bookings.

The front desk staff are nice and the pet friendly rooms are good. The pool and hot tub were not operational.

Room was dirty, sheets had hair and stains, toilet and tub had stains

We always stay at Best Western because they are consistently comfortable and reasonably priced.
