The staff was great. We were able to quickly get into a free soak in their spa. The views were amazing in our room.
The rooms are set up very nicely.
Only downside of this location was the construction that was going on in front of the hotel. It wasn’t disruptive in our room, just downgraded the view a little.

Property was clean well-maintained and staff were friendly. The construction outside was unfortunate during the soak. Parking was also difficult at times. The room was beautiful and had many new amenities would highly recommend.

The hotel was lovely. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Amenities were great. Hotel restaurant was great, food was delicious & the view of the lake was lovely. Our room was very spacious. We would definitely recommend staying here .

An amazing place with stunning views from the balcony! The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our family of four stayed for four nights and had a great time. It’s less than a 5-minute drive from Queenstown city center, and parking is available on-site. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub. We’d love to visit again!

Overall the property was very nice but the construction and all machinery going on wasn't to happy.
If we knew construction was happening we would of booked else where

Clean and modern rooms. Loved the ability to cast video from smartphone to the television. View from the lounge can’t be beat!
