"Very nice "

"The Maritim was a beautiful hotel about a mile from the Marienplatz and not far from the train station. Our room was spacious enough for 3 adults, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the staff was really friendly! Our only concern was the area around the hotel. It was somewhat sketchy. We didn’t feel comfortable staying out too late due to the groups of individuals around the hotel area. Never the less, we had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Munich. "

"Location was close to trains and walkable however I wouldn’t recommend walking alone at night. It is somewhat is a red light district. Staff were wonderful and very informative and receptive. Kevin the bartender was excellent!!!"

"Excellent service and staff. Very good breakfast. Wish they had scrambled eggs without cheese. The location had construction going on right in front of the hotel. About 1.3 Km from the center of Marienplatz but city life is all around. "
