Location was convenient. Kitchen/breakfast staff were incredibly customer service oriented. Very helpful and respectful . Easy checking and checkout. 30 minutes from Munich airport .

I have travelled to Munich a few times and I stayed in different hotels. This one was the worst experience ever. Bathroom looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while,dust everywhere,big spiders in the bathroom,room’s windows handle broken. No fridge or any drink supplied by the hotel for the price we paid

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience for the price. The room was very nice and clean, which I appreciated. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. First, the sink in my room wasn't draining properly from the start. I didn't report it initially, but by the last day, it had completely stopped draining. Additionally, given the hotel's remote location, there was a noticeable lack of information on how to access food options nearby, which made things a bit challenging. Finding a good, clean source of water was also not as obvious as it should have been. The breakfast was okay if you’re content with making sandwiches, but it did feel a bit lacking without items like bacon or sausages, which would have been a nice addition to the eggs, pancakes, and toast provided. Overall, it's not a bad hotel considering the price, but there are a few areas where they could improve to enhance the guest experience.

The staff here go out of their way to help

The staff here, especially one staff person named Mostafa, went above and beyond to help us. He let us know where to find the bus to the train station which goes into town and to our conference. The breakfast was so great and fresh. The coffee machine that makes cappuccino was awesome. The room was a little small and I wish there had been a fridge but it was clean and comfortable and had a kettle and tea/instant coffee. The hotel is out of the way but we were easily able to get around. Note: don’t buy the bus/train pass online after the 10th. You can’t cancel until the 10th of the following month and will be charged twice.
