"The apartment (3) was absolutely spotless, it was like we were the first people there. Brand new washing/drying machine, oven and fridge freezer, comfortable, clean beds, towels and large table. There is no kettle or toaster, these would be useful additions, as would a variety of glasses (there were only very small ones) and there were only large plates and one cereal bowl. "This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."
