Ja me hospedei aqui varias vezes e dessa vez , ja no check in me deparo com uma mulher muito mal humorada. Cheguei aqui as 13 hrs de uma viagem cansativa e a primeira coisa q ela me diz : sua estadia eh as 15, sendo que sequer consultou a disponibilidade no momento. Dai ela me perguntou se era minha primeira vez e eu respondi que seria a primeira de cem que estive aqui. Me colocou num quarto terrivel 2909 , que acho ter sido proposital com uma cama pessima. O chao cheio de poeira que ao andar sujava os pes. Sempre fiquei em quartos otimos aqui mas esse ela escolheu de maneira proposital, pq devia saber q era ruim. Nao reclamei pra trocar pq ficaria 1 dia apenas e nao iria deixar uma pessoa que nunca vi e que nao mais verei, atrapalhar os dias das maes de minha esposa. Vou repensar ficar nesse hotel nas proximas vezes pois passar por isso, ninguem merece. E pra essa recepcionista mal humorada saiba, hj ela fez isso, amanha farao c ela.
