We arrived early for our reservation (11:30AM) and were told they'd try to give us the first room that became available - check in time came at 3PM, room was not ready, were told it would be ready by 5PM. We waited until 5 and the room was still not ready. Staff were not communicative, very unprofessional in the way they were interacting with one another in front of customers, and didn't seem to care that we were inconvenienced. We canceled our reservation on the spot and booked another hotel nearby (thankfully there was something available).

I won't even lie I did not make it into the property pulling into the parking lot and greeted with the activity that was going on out there was no concern was enough for me to turn around and find somewhere else

The staff is really nice..like really nice. The room was clean and also was very roomy I stayed for 3 weeks and If i need a long term stay i would stay here. The kitchen was the perfect size it was just 2 of us and it was roomy. The motel is close by a grocery store,restaurants,movies,the dollar store anything you need.

Need an exterminator

Terrible roach problem. Had to switch rooms Bc they were crawling up the bed
