I booked a room at this ratchet hotel. When I checked in I was in a hurry and the process took about 34 mins because there were one associate doing the best that she could alone. I finally got in and had to leave right out for a gathering.
I got back in at 1:30am only to find a dirty countertop, pubic hair in and on shower, hair on bathroom door, the sink stopped up witn no way to let water out.
I complained and was told the manager would call me. It is Wednesday and no call. It has been 3 days. I should have booked with the Hilton next door. This was the worst hotel stay ever. They only change there sheets every 8 days. I am writing a review.
UNFORTUNATELY UNACCEPTABLE

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize your stay was less than satisfactory. This is most definitely not the norm for our hotel as we take pride in our high cleanliness scores. While stay over service is done every 7 days during an extended stay, the room is thoroughly cleaned after ever check out. We apologize to hear that something was missed for your room. My stay was ok the front desk person Ms Valerie was amazing. When I got to my room whoever cleaned the room didn’t do a good job as there was hair still in the bathroom and kitchen but my biggest issue was the extra charge I got on my card. Although I didn’t have a bad experience I probably won’t stay there again it’s ok but not really my taste in hotel rooms

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your experience with Ms. Val but apologize for the hair in your room. This is not the norm for our hotel so we will relay to housekeeping. We do not charge any extra charges, unless you charge anything to the room. Could you be referring to the incidental hold? If so, this is only a temporary authorization, just as you would have at a rental company for anything you wish to charge to the room or in case of damages. This is released upon checkout, but it never actually turns into a charge.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past few months and each stay is very satisfying. It’s clean, quiet and the staff is very pleasant. It’s also located within five minutes of the mall, restaurants and shopping.
