I have stayed at quite a few La Quinta Hotels and this one just wasn’t great. The area didn’t feel safe, the front slide door was not working, so you had to close and open it on your own. My key card stopped working after the second day and when I took it to the front desk they told me their system was down and couldn’t program it for the day. Also my driving day, the cleaning lady opened my door thinking I was gone, she even was able to get thru the top lock. She apologized but thought that was odd. While cleaning they spray a very bad air freshener that smells a bit moldy. The building is very hot! I noticed my room also would get warm at time and it smelled like urine. The bed was very uncomfortable. The only thing I did enjoy was the shower, it had good pressure. Oh and the pool was green so not able to use.

The Wifi did not work! Another guest was telling me about this before I knew on my first night, but then I experienced it when I was trying to have work calls. I lost a sales call due to poor connection.

I didn't care for having to eat breakfast at front and not allowed to eat in your room!

I had a difficult time getting television channels. Otherwise, it is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was very easy. My room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint was not being able to get TV channels.

Our stay was fantastic! We had a last minute change in plans and needed to bring our German Shepard along, it was not an issue to the staff. They quickly made arrangements for Zuko! The staff could not have been nicer! Very nice area, it was quiet, safe and comfortable! We will be booking again!
