"My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. "The property was quite clean and the contact Kim was quite accessible. We all loved the homey feeling. It was good to have the house rules clearly stated in the family room. We wished that we were told that once we pressed the button on the keypad, the alarm would be armed. I would recommend this property and i would stay again. "
