"Great quiet location near the red rocks, at the entrance to Sedona area. Nice little area with hiking, shopping and dining. Checking was very easy, very attentive staff, minor soft sell attempt for the time share, but no issues. Standard deposit. Room was studio with large bath, fold out couch and full kitchen. Looks like a recent remodel. Patio. Did not get to check out the rest of the facilities, but there is a workout room DVD rental and other services that you can talk to the front desk about. The room had a about a 27-in TV and a DVD player. It was a nice clean room it has hair dryer large bottles of shampoo conditioner and lotion and iron and ironing board. Great stay. Recommended "

"We enjoyed our stay at Sky Ranch Lodge! We had looked at other similar hotels when booking our trip to Sedona and are so glad we chose this one. We had no idea what an amazing view we would have right outside the premises! We arrived one evening right before sunset, and folks from all over were already beginning to gather at the lookout (1 min. walk from the lobby) for the gorgeous sunset view. Instead of joining them, we hiked down the trail (also 1 min. from the lobby) to one of the vortex sites, and enjoyed the beauty all around us. Our second favorite aspect of Sky Ranch lodge was the (permanent) food truck parked outside. They serve wine all evening and have delicious breakfast options. It was nice to wake both morning, step right outside, and have food ready in minutes. Our only complaint about the stay is that the hot tub (one of the reasons we booked here in the first place) was closed for the month. This information was communicated to us before our trip, but long after we had booked. Not a huge deal, but we were disappointed as a hot soak after our long hikes around Sedona would have been nice. "

"Valet parking was a PLUS! Definitely need a car going around Sedona for hiking and getting to the restaurants it makes it easier! Room was very clean the drinks at the bar were really good! Bartender was really great at his craft! All in all this was a great trip for my husband and I to escape and unwind for a bit. "
