Room service can only be ordered with an app, which was not working. The restaurant only served pizza because they were busy with a convention. Staff was friendly. Noce breakfast.

Very clean and tidy, small room, excellent breakfast, easy to access trains and underground

The place was fantastic but the most critical thing for me is the bed and temperature. The room was unbearably warm and was told that since it was October the A/C was no longer functioning. Strange. The room felt like an oven and as a result the stay was unsatisfactory.

It‘s fine to stay here if you‘re reliant on trains to and from destinations. Otherwise, not the best location. The safe didn‘t work, and although we asked for this to be fixed, nothing was done. Furthermore, be careful with this company, as they can take out from your account, when you arrive, the full sum as payment or as „holding deposit“, and then they take the total amount out at the end of your stay - quite concerning… However it gets fixed up eventually. But it‘s a good idea to check your account.
