This property was cute and affordable. It had a great location near their subways and lots of stores. Our room happened to have a lot of ants and the shower was clogged when we got there which made the whole place smell terrible. Other than the smell it was a nice place to stay.

Close to Wien Hauptbahnhof and local supermarkets, restaurants easy to move around, didn’t felt unsafe at all, mattress is good, the place was clean, they got TV and air conditioning including Netflix. However the shower had no water pressure, this bothered me a lot, I found the toilet to be very small and the sink so small too, the curtain was broken and this was reflecting the sun in the morning, forcing us to wake up earlier than needed. Would I stay again ? No, I’d be probably be looking for something more spacious and with good water pressure.

WiFi was very intermittent only worked 5 mins at a time, unfortunately no areal in the tv either. As we were using this as a pit stop on our travels we were unable to relax with some internet/tv. Room is quite small and not ideal for taller folk. Shower wasn’t consistently hot but wet. had worse. If you are looking for somewhere to hit the hay only can’t massively fault it.

Does anyone care?
The room was small but that was not surprising for the price. It was clean. It is convenient to the HBF. The internet reception was spotty but usually worked. There is no desk so make sure you contact them ahead of time. It would be fine for one person who does not need high quality internet. It was awkward for two people. What was disappointing was the lack of concern for the room. It was clean and completely functional, but seemed like no one cared about the material condition of the room. The windows were screwed shut which was good for the winter. However one still leaked cold air. The other one had expanding foam that expended out to make an unsightly mess. There were two very small 'floating' side tables next to the bed. But they were useless. They were barely large enough to hold two coffee cups and both had been damaged and bent down so that anything set on them would just slide off. There was a hole in the wall where they had worked on the plumbing. The towel hanger was not appropriate for where it was hanging. While the room was clean and fully functional, it seemed that no one really cares about how it looks. It is not the standard that I would expect in Austria.

I saw quite a few people that gave a bad review about this property but I enjoyed my stay there. Everything worked out well with the codes to the doors and the check-in process. The only two small negatives was that the television didn't work that well when trying to watch YouTube but that's what my phone is for. Also the shower did not drain easily so the shower pan would fill up with water. But for the price and location and comfort it was fine and I am quite picky lol.

This property is fine for a short stay. The property is basic and feels like it is run purely for profit rather than hosting. A few small changes would make a huge difference to customer experience. Things as simple as a bath mat, better air con, hooks to hang up towels, working batteries in the TV remote, and windows that aren’t nailed shut. It is ok, not horrendous, but it could be so so much better. I wouldn’t want to pay any more than the price we paid.

This hotel was self checking. It was very difficult to find the hotel even if you are standing just under it. There were no boards and sign of the hotel. There is no reception. Everything is automated. We received the email about the code how to enter and then code to access our room. But like us who don't have access to the internet while travelling it become nightmare. Even being just under the hotel we were still feeling we were duped. How can we keep our luggage if we don't check in? I wish there should be some board saying it is a hotel. Nobody knew about this hotel.

No front desk so you checkin online. Arrive before 3:00 will cost you 15-20 euros to drop your bag in the room. Hallway stinks bad and is masked by an automatic aerosol spray. Crudely drilled hole above shower would concern a lot of people (camera location for peeping Tom). Room stinks of BO. No warning of road being torn up with jackhammers at 7:00 a.m. YOUR WIFE WON’T STAY HERE.
