Amazing hotel - excellent staff, really helpful with all our visit questions, highly recommend. Will be staying again here next time we visit Vienna.

My second visit this year and would highly recommend. The rooms are immaculate and staff always helpful and friendly.
Will return.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights.
We liked very much the gym and the wellness area (clean, good temperature, excellent layout of the free weights and machines, abundance of cold water and towels).
We liked very much the view of the room and the air conditioning was perfect.
We did not like the layout of the room: the bathroom wash basin area is in the same space with the bed area. The toilet area had a glass door with almost no privacy when someone was using the toilet. The same with the shower. Completely impracticable for us.
We did not like the fact that the reception never picked up the phone when we called (3 times all in all). One of those times we wanted to ask about the fire alarm that we heard in the hotel but no one was answering. So, I had to get the hotel number from the internet and call then from my phone. Then they replied.
We did not like that the housekeeping was not replacing the earbuds, the Kleenex towels and similar consumables when empty but only when we asked.
We did not like that we could hear very clearly the steps of people walking for hours, most probably from the room above us. We thought that the rooms were sound proof.
We did not like that the expresso machine was Ipperespresso and we had to use only the pods that the housekeeping provided. Nespresso is the choice of most luxurious hotels.
We did not like that there was not a hardcopy room service menu in the room. There was one on the TV menu but it was very difficult

Very nice and new property ,great rooms, view not so good and obstructed . Rooftop bar nice. Restaurant ok , wants to be great but has a lot of issues which where very disappointing . Overall will stay again as my daughter lives close but there are many better hotels in Vienna

Muy lindo hotel, con el equipamiento justo. La opción del restaurante era muy bueno. El mejor schnitzel de Viena. Esta a una cuadra de la estación central de Viena, conveniente para viajes que salgan temprano.
