If you want a hotel with a great pool, an apartment not a hotel room, and a good location 14 minute walk from town this is your choice.

There is no shade at the pool... no umbrellas to sit under. There is a few "sails" but they were small, unmoveable, and did not provide shade.
The "continental" breakfast was limited to a coffee and croissant - it was seriously lacking... no other options available.
The shuttle to pick us up at the port did not pick us up.
The "ground floor" suite we booked was below-grade which meant going up/down stairs each time we had to enter the room.
Finally, and most distressing, my passport wallet is gone - along with more than $2K USD. We checked out 18 days ago and have still not received a reply to our question if anyone found the wallet.
The WhatsApp message was "read" but never replied to...

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and pool area are well designed and well equipped with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The pool area is fabulous. The whole place is immaculately clean and in a great location - a short walk to shops and restaurants. We hope to return some time soon!

Great Property But Not For 5
Posted 28 Aug 2020 on HotelsVery nice property but we've had a problem with the size of the apartment which differed from the one marketed. Also, the 5th person needed to pass through one of the bedrooms occupied by the others to access toilet. Spoke with property management but they said they could not do anything and implied we are a sort of serial complainers. No partial compensation offered. Reported the issue to Hotels.com

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff
Posted 4 Jun 2019 on HotelsAll of the staff were so friendly and were so helpful with any request, even though we couldn’t speak Italian they would go above and beyond. The place was so close to the city and we just used the hotel bikes to ride around. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back.
