Misleading on distance to hotel from train /bus station. They said a 10 minute walk but had to take a taxi that cost $30.00 one way. It was a couple miles away. Spent over $100. on taxi service while there. Hotel was more of a hunting lodge with no less than 15 stuffed animals and birds in the lobby and dining area. Very nice carpentry work throughout. Nice views.

The view was beautiful. The breakfast was great and served in nice China

Great view, excellent breakfast, rooms were clean,friendly staff.
Very recommended.
No need to take care for parking.

Rooms don’t have proper ventilation. No / inadequate supplies of soap / shampoo.
Despite request they didn’t provide clean towels.

Thanks for your feedback. We will use your wishes in the reconstruction of the hotel, which will be at the end of the year. Regarding towels. In 3 star hotels they do not change towels, every day, you were only two nights in the hotel. You made a request for a replacement and the maid changed those towels that were on the floor and wet. If you want to change the towels, they must be thrown on the bathroom floor.

Very old bed sheets, poor breakfast, rooms are dirty , only one person he was doing every thing , i mean first he was serving for breakfast and later he does the rooms arranging , and the same person he was at the réception and he was rude ☹️,, not arranging the beds, not cleaning the room and toilet and not re filling the toiletries

Property is is definitely not a three star property as advertised. There are a number of facilities listed here but are not there. For e.g. there is no room service, no laundry service, the restaurant only serves breakfast, no hot water in the evening, room heater didn’t work in our room, you have to ask for the basic things and it depends upon the owner/manager to decide whether to provide or not. I booked this place thinking I would have a relaxed 3 days with family but was very disappointed to be honest. Then I looked at some of the google reviews of the property and noticed I wasn’t alone. Definitely not the price they charge you for.
The property is nice and on the bank of a beautiful lake so that was the only positive.

The property is located in a beautiful place with easy access to the lake and has ample parking. However, the room was dusty and there were hairs on the bathroom wall. The room was spacious but very old fashioned and needed some TLC. The stuffed dead animals in the main area weren’t to my liking though!

Good & serene view from room.
Good sit down breakfast for guests.
Facility a bit run down; no cleaning service like a motel, and bathroom small & moldy, not clean.
