The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the old town and walking distance to everything. Parking is free and there is a big parking lot less than one minute walk away. "Fantastic farmhouse on the slopes of Mont Ventoux in a small village amongst the vineyards. The host is very welcoming and charming. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy. On suite bathroom shower. The room had air conditioning. Very comfortable beds. Very large garden to enjoy along with a nice cool pool. Parking was in the grounds of the farmhouse. "Friendly welcome and very comfortable room. The swimming pool is beautiful. Excellent breakfast. The kitchen area for guests is well-equipped and very useful. The local area is varied and interesting - off the beaten tourist track, but a must for wine-lovers. Good markets in local towns and villages, and Roman remains to explore. My second stay at Vieux Platanes, and I am sure to return."

"Firstly, there was no goddam reservation. There was no record of a reservation although paid for. The maison d'hote is not even a client of yours. We were left in the cold in a foreign country without lodging. I will try to contact the appropriate people a ebookers.ch tommorrow 27.06.2022 for a reimbursement but quite frankly I believe we have been defrauded- yes fraud. "

Our accommodation was superb... spacious, very nicely decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It overlooked the pretty gardens via French doors.
