Very good customer service. Clean room, great shower, comfortable bed. Room was stuffy despite monkeying around with thermostat. Excellent location!

Great location excellent staff. Very nice and clean room. Did almost 3 weeks and hit 6 countries and this was the best hotel I stayed in.

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were informative and arranged a guide for a day - an excellent experience.
The location was perfect, near to trams, ferries and the metro, with lots of places to eat.
We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the afternoon tea and cakes at the hotel.
The rooms were large, despite being in a busy area after 11pm it was very quiet.
No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Terrific staff from greeting to departure. Everyone smiling, helpful, knowledgeable and going out of their way to help with bags or whatever. Lovely large room, spotlessly clean and well furnished. Excellent buffet breakfast for about $12. Perfect location in the old town. Walking distance from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterns, Spice Market and Bazaar. Reasonably priced, right in the center of endless restaurants and shops and fronting on a trolley, if you are so inclined.
