"Huone oli todella pieni ja samoin wc ja suihku. Hyvä kun mahtui menemään suihkuun sisään. Huoneessa haisi tullessa myös kosteusvahingolta ja lattiat olivat lakaisematta. Terassilta myös tuli likaa aina sisälle, koska sitä ei oltu lakaistu tai pesty. Portaat huoneeseen olivat myös melkoinen elämys, korkeat, jyrkät ja kapeat. Matkalaukkujen ylössaaminen oli haasteellista. Itse terassi oli tosi kiva lisä muuten pieneen huoneeseen. Harmi että myös ulkokalusteiden pehmusteet olivat tosi likaiset....

"The location was excellent but the shower and extra bed portion were too small for a grown adult. We had to bend down and over to go up the staircase and enter the door and the 3rd bed could not fit an adult or teenage child. The water from the A/C filled up a jug in the closet, it leaked into our room and soaked the floor, the bed sheets hanging onto the floor and our clothing and towels on the floor. After reaching out to the property owner, they communicated quickly and advised us what to...

Stunning Masseria … sub par service

"The masseria itself is breath taking. The location is secluded, is surrounded by acres of working farmland and the farmhouse itself is picture perfect. The rooms are spacious … but the furniture is a little dates. The poolside amenities are stunning. However, for ~€1000/night the service was a little disappointing. No welcome drink at check in, the welcome tour was 60 seconds of pointing and then straight to our room (rather than taking the time to show us around), the breakfast was very mediocre with no a la carte option (unless you pay) and the service at the poolside and beach club was terrible … we had to seek out staff to ask for a drink rather than the other way round. "

"We had a relaxing stay. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast offered a good variety of options. The location is convenient – the nearest beach is about an 8-minute drive, and other towns are accessible within 20 minutes to an hour. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a large bathroom. We enjoy the patio overlooking the gardens and pool. We really enjoyed cooling off in the pool and ending the day with a refreshing spritz. A great place for a relaxing getaway! If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing , beautiful place - this is it "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel with more thoughtful amenities and personal touches than I’ve ever experienced. From the giant bowls of local nuts that are all around the property, to the delicious local jelly candies at the front desk, to the incredible staff that is super friendly and attentive, this hotel is amazing. Will definitely be back again:)"
